Hello my family and friends! I just posted a widget to the right to raise funds for our orphanage in Ethiopia. I recently got an email from the director there who mentioned they were in need of $300 for school materials and tables and chairs for the children. Any amount will help with the needs - $10, $15, etc. I'll say that recently our adoptive agency group raised $800 for a washing machine at the orphanage. They were hand washing all of the children's clothing and cloth diapers - can you imagine? I certainly can't! The woman who took the monies just last week to Ethiopia said that the staff was so appreciative that they went out immediatly and purchased the machine so that the families travelling could see it.
