Here we are...

We're the Jackson family. Currently living life as usual while also in the process of adopting a daughter from Ethiopia. We've been on the official waiting list 3 months tomorrow. Some days the waiting is unbearable, and sometimes (rarely, but sometimes) a week passes by without too much angst. We are hopeful to recieve a referral in the next 7 months! I've done quite a bit of preparing for our little one - her bed is ready to jump right in. I've started our blog to expend some of my energy. Hope you enjoy the ride into parenthood v.2 with us!
